Canโt send/receive
- Check the internet and sign-in status in Outlook.
- Restart Outlook and the device.
- Verify mailbox is not full.
- Check Work Offline isnโt enabled (Windows: Send/Receive tab).
Mail stuck in Outbox
- Open Outbox, move stuck email to Drafts, reopen and send again.
- Remove large attachments or use a share link (OneDrive).
Spam/junk
- Check Junk Email folder; mark *Not Junk* if safe.
- Create Safe Senders rules for trusted contacts.
